Based in Philadelphia, LO Design is led by Lea and Evan Litvin, architects with backgrounds in both high-performance architecture and development.
Our work is shaped by the complexity of real urban environments and the belief that architecture can be both rigorous and generous.
We’re as interested in the process as we are in the result. That means working closely with clients, consultants, and communities to guide projects from concept to construction. We take pride in designing well and delivering well—balancing design authorship with a culture of collaboration.
